After a short thaw, the snow disappeared. After only a few days, the real winter came back. Every day there was more snow and it was getting colder. Today, ie January 10 in the morning it was even -15 degrees. I went skiing in the late afternoon. I met another skier on the way and two people on a winter walk. It was very pleasant in clear weather and at -10 degrees Celsius. Let this weather stay here for longer. I took photos of my smartphone, of course, because it's difficult to have a DSLR with you on skis.

Autumn was warm and quite dry. Only yesterday there was a change. At night there was a frost to -5 degrees. The morning was very foggy and only at noon began to clear up for about an hour. As early as at 2:00 PM, the dense fogs again began to dim. I photographed from morning and then at noon. Every moment the conditions changed.

A wave of frost came to us at the end of winter and as it turned out across Europe. The low amount of snow and the wind intensify the feeling of coolness, especially when the entire winter was so mild. I do not like that aura. Nothing changes, and the sky is almost completely blue. Such conditions for the photographer are not attractive, but you always have to try something. Here are my last photos.

Winter in November letter has arrived, but for a short time. This happened twice in December. Always then came warming, fog and rain. And here on January 3 begins another period of winter probably already true. Snow fell admittedly not very abundant. But the frost with every day grew larger, and the morning of January 7 we had already -23 degrees. On the road is very slippery, the salt in that temperature does not work. Birds looking for food near human settlements. I have not seen fieldfares in large herds sit on jarzębinach, głogach, wild grape looking for frozen fruit. Sunny weather makes a good impression, but you have to watch out for dangerous cold. Here are some pictures from the evening raid.

On the way back from the Augustow Forest just outside the village Lipsk encountered a very dense fog. Cars were moving very slowly, because visibility is constantly changing. Sometimes the visibility was several meters. It's unheard of, when the temperature. -9 deg. and clear sky. I think it's the influx of moist air from the west, where it has already started to thaw. Although I experienced a lot of winters, but such a phenomenon can not recall. We stopped to look at more closely and tried to make a few photos. The moon already rose above the horizon. Wandering along forest roads on skis are surrounded by snow-covered pines and spruces. Here and there the young oaks are still covered in last year's gold leaf. sudden return of winter

       We have an interesting weather this winter. There was no frost or snow until January 14. Earth was not frozen, the verdant grass, and even some flowers bloomed. There was a very short-lived snow for three days from December 5.You can see how the landscape looked even 11 January.
       Suddenly, it snowed, and then grabbed frost. Nagging wind intensifies the feeling of coolness. The photos were taken just before sunset Jan. 19. It was going to be another frosty day with the temperature below 12 degrees Celsius.
