Sometimes meteorologists communicate forecast for next winter. Most often we forget them. I think that these long-term forecasts are rather guessing, because too many factors influence the weather changes. Already we have for the second time heavy snow, and we had about the previous 10 November. Is this time the snow melts again? Few remember what was the previous winter.
