the metamorphose of the dragonfly

May 22 was a wonderful weather. We went on a one-day trip to the lake Mikaszewo. Apart from swimming in the lake was catching fish on rod and photographing wildlife. On the shore of the lake in the grass, my wife noticed the metamorphose of the dragonfly from the larval stage into adult. We saw it for the first time. I prepared photographic equipment on long observation. I made a lot of pictures at the stage of transformation. Please note the change in appearance of the body and wings. Ton took about an hour and a half. Here are below the result of my work.

the spring returns

We have an early and warm spring this year. The first visit on your favorite lake on April 22 was a success. Near the lake we noticed a pair of running and hiding around sowing birds the size of partridges. We were able to observe them with binoculars. There were a couple of Hazel Grouses. I've never met this bird in the wild. Lakeside noticed a lot of butterflies and especially pleased by me two species whose pictures published. In the next part of the clearing startled bird out of the socket. I looked and saw five eggs in the nest intricate. It was a blackbird eggs. Later came thunderstorm and decided to come back. On the way she met a storm of hail. Beautiful spring forest after a rain.

encounter with a wild boar

Yesterday we were on our river. The weather was great, it was warm and no wind, and the light before sunset wonderful. Surprisingly, from alder big boar rushed out and ran towards the river. Quickly I began to prepare the camera to photograph him. Boar came to the river, a little there sniffed and quickly returned back to alder. I went to take pictures. Near the grazing deer and drew attention to the wild, but do not run away.
Here are a few photos from this short trip.

first butterflies this spring

Today we have a wonderful sunny and warm weather. While walking I watched the birds. Flew quite low key big wild geese, and just then a couple of swans flew with a great noise overhead.
On the path next to the wood saw from afar first yellow butterfly (Common Brimstone). This species first appears in the spring. A little later I noticed a pair of orange butterflies. Those were the Small Tortoiseshell (Aglais urticae L.), which I later recognized when they were sitting on the ground. It was a really pleasant morning walk.
